Goals in the Martial Arts: Think about what your goals are for martial arts in this new year. Write them down! Then write down the "little steps" you have to take to reach each goal. After this, work hard on accomplishing each "little step". Follow through on each one. Keep a positive attitude and use self-control when practicing your techniques. Ask for feedback from someone you trust on how to improve your martial arts. Before you know it, you will have achieved each one of your goals!
