| Tiny Tigers |
 |
The Tiny Tiger program was developed specifically for children aged 4 through 7.
This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and
discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve children's motor skills and enhance their ability to
pay attention and follow directions. All classes are taught using the most safe, fun, and exciting instruction
methods available for this age group.
Tiny Tigers have their own unique victory patch and "Victory Stars." Stars are earned in the same
way as the Karate for Kids program, with slight modifications in recognition of the preschool age of the child.
Four different colored victory patches are available to accommodate all the stars that can be earned by a high
achieving Tiny Tiger.

| Karate for Kids |
 |
There are many reasons for kids to become involved in the martial arts. We have developed a
program based on traditional Taekwondo for kids called Karate for Kids. It is aimed at children aged 8 through 12.
The Karate for Kids system is based on a lifetime learning concept in addition to technical skills. The building
blocks for our system are monthly themes such as:
- Integrity
- Goals
- Perseverance
- Respect
- Confidence, and more...
In addition to monthly themes, our system includes the unique victory patch. Kids are rewarded special
"Victory Stars." These different colored stars are rewarded for outstanding performance in karate class,
school, home, or at a tournament.

| Martial Arts for Teens |
 |
Martial Arts for Teens is aimed 6th Grade and up to 17 year olds. Like Karate for Kids, the Teen
program teaches martial arts and also focuses on those life skills that can lay an solid foundation for young
people in these important formative years. For this purpose we discuss subjects such as:
- Self-Improvement
- Self Awareness
- Self Esteem
- Fitness
- Goal-setting
- Concentration, and more...
|
| Martial Arts for Adults |
 |
The problem with most exercise programs is that people don't stick with them. Let's face it,
many exercise programs are boring. That's why more and more adults are using martial arts to get in shape, and
stay in shape while having a lot of fun!
And with Taekwondo training, not only do you get in shape, relieve stress and have fun... you also learn
valuable self-defense skills!
Most adult students come to us with limited flexibility. Adults start at any age. Some adults start as late as 65, and
still earn their black belts. Students are looked upon as individuals, and never compared to anyone else. Our
instructors will be there every step of the way. All that is expected of you is a willingness to try.

| XMA (X-treme Martial Arts) / Tumbling |
|
XMA is a combination of extreme attitude and confidence mixed with traditional martial arts and acrobatics and gymnastics. It is often set to music to increase effect.
Our basic tumbling class is therefore a part of XMA because it prepares the student for the acrobatics / gymnastics component of XMA.
XMA is a lot of fun and also a favorite with many students.
Participation in XMA requires separate registration and also includes a special uniform. XMA is available to students in our Leadership program.
